There are only a few rules I ask you to follow as a DASI member. Please act in a professional manner. I have no rules about contacting others, nor do I have have age requirements or guidelines for contenct submission. I will not publish anything if it is unprofessional and I ask that you are kind towards other. If you send someone an email about constructive criticism to aid them, do not use vulgarity and be sure to point out their good work, as well!

Official Terms:
DASI does not affect how much a person invests and gets out of it and does not affect what an employee gains from working with a startup found through DASI. A.k.a it is up to the owner of the idea and you to figure out what is fair and what is offered to each other.
All ideas posted on DASI are credited and owned by the person who posts them. STEALING the ideas is absolutely forbidden and your account will be banned as well as the entire company related to that person. It is up to the person who posted the idea to press charges and go to court, not DASI.
Submitting a startup idea to the DASI newsletter means you are putting the idea in potential danger of being stolen. DASI does not condone stealing but you must know that DASI is not liable or responsible if it is stolen. By sending in an idea you should know that you cannot press charges on DASI if by chance your idea is stolen. Know also that all efforts against stealing are attempted. It is our goal to create a positive, benevolent, and strong business community.
